"Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I paid for an e-Stamp through their portal expecting a proper digital e-stamp document. Instead, they sent only a scanned copy of a physical stamp, which was never clearly explained before payment. This is misleading and not what a customer expects when purchasing an “e-Stamp” online. When I raised the issue and requested a refund, their team outright denied it without providing any reasonable justification. The customer support was rigid, unhelpful, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. This experience felt misleading and unfair. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and clarify every detail before making any payment. Very poor service and zero accountability."
